damages due to:

a. Losses or damages or the inability to operate your Product

resulting from conditions beyond the Manufacturer’s control

including, without limitation, accident, alteration, misuse,

abuse, neglect, negligence (other than Manufacturer’s), acts

of God, failure to install or maintain the Product in

accordance with the Manufacturer’s instructions.

b. Wear and tear expected to occur during the normal course

of use, including without exception reasonably expected

losses or damage.

In addition to the above exclusions, this limited warranty does

not apply to Products installed in a commercial or industrial

application. This limited warranty is void if you attempt to

repair the Product.

SOLE WARRANTY

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE THE

SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES GIVEN BY THE

MANUFACTURER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND

ARE IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR

OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,

MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

PURPOSE WHETHER OR NOT THE PURPOSE OR USE HAS

BEEN DISCLOSED TO MANUFACTURER IN SPECIFICA-

TIONS, DRAWINGS OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR

NOT MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCTS ARE SPECIFICALLY

DESIGNED AND/OR MANUFACTURED BY MANUFACTURER

FOR YOUR USE OR PURPOSE.

WHAT WE WILL DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS

If You return the defective Products during the warranty period

and in accordance with the instructions contained herein,

shipping prepaid, the Manufacturer shall, at its option and as
