4.2 Status Code Table
4.3 Startup Codes
Upon initial startup or immediately following a manual
reset the Intelligent Store™ Discus® module will dis-
play a flashing sequence of symbols. This is a normal
part of the power-up or reset process. The first char-
acter “
8
” is displayed so the user can verify that all
segments of the display are illuminated and function-
ing properly. The second character “
A
” is displayed
just before the subnet and node address of the mod-
ule are shown. The subnet and node address infor-
mation is displayed as follows:
The characters
0 0 1 n 1 5
correspond to a node
address of 1 and a subnet address of 15.
The module
displays this information once again so the user can
confirm the address.
4.4 Status Code Troubleshooting
The seven segment display (LED) on the front of the
Module gives the service technician continuous
feedback regarding the status of the compressor. Five
NORMAL operating conditions and twelve FAULT
conditions can be indicated. The sections below
describe the status codes, and provide basic fault tree
diagnostics for troubleshooting.
